Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TimeTap you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use TimeTap on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

TimeTap provides booking pages, availability management, calendar synchronization, team routing, intake forms, reminders and workflow automation, paid bookings, and AI-assisted scheduling features.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, must keep your availability and meeting details current, and must obtain any consent required before collecting invitee information through intake forms. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• use TimeTap for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful purposes;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk invitations through the platform;
• upload malware or attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without written permission;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

TimeTap integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for the permissions you grant. You may disconnect an integration at any time from the Integrations page.

TimeTap and its name, logo, software, design and documentation are owned by TimeTap and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit, and grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

TimeTap is offered at $3 per user per month. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will give notice before changing prices.

TimeTap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calendar synchronization will always be instantaneous.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeTap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or missed meetings. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using TimeTap and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk or legal exposure for TimeTap or its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
